Returns

The Toy Emporium prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused, unopened item in its original condition (we must receive merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise) and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year or exchange, minus shipping costs.

Please note: Refunds are only allowed if you requested an Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 5 business days of the merchandise delivery date AND we receive the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise, NO EXCEPTIONS. All other allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Final Sale Items (Closeout/Clearance)

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please do not ship back any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you. Regular merchandise received after 14 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you. ANY packages returned without an RMA number will be returned (NOT ACCEPTED) at our warehouse.

Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment at care@thetoyemporium.net. Shipping errors received after the 14 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. The Toy Emporium will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Upon receipt of returned goods, The Toy Emporium reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Returns

If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must present the merchandise with the original receipt or gift receipt within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise.

NOTE: Sorry, we cannot issue a credit for hair or skincare, DVDs or videos, closeout or merchandise marked “NO RETURNS,” or baby clothes.

If your purchase is NOT hair or skincare, special clearance, a DVD or video, or marked “NO RETURNS,” or baby clothes and you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at: care@thetoyemporium to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

NOTE:   For security reasons, we will only accept returns with a valid RMA. Please contact care@thetoyemporium.net for a valid RMA number.

When you receive your RMA, be sure to write it prominently on the shipping label and ship the item using an insured or track-able carrier to:

Be sure to include:

  • The order number
  • The product name and number
  • Your name, address, email address, and telephone number
  • A brief statement describing the reason for the return

All goods must be returned in their original packaging and packaged sufficiently. If the items are not received in their original saleable condition, a re-stocking fee will be charged. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We regret we cannot refund delivery charges, and we cannot accept the return of customized or special-order merchandise. Unless returns are made as a result of mistakes by The Toy Emporium or damage covered by The Toy Emporium, the cost of returning goods will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once placed, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse. We are unable to change or cancel your order once submitted. 

Ordering Terms

Because of our processing method, we cannot make changes to your order, once it has been submitted.
 

Normally orders are shipped within 1-3 business day. The exception is December 25 - 28, which is a company holiday and Toy Fair Week in February (at which time we conduct our annual inventory). Stock is usually on hand for all products shown in our online catalog and available for immediate shipment. 

All orders must be prepaid with US dollars in the form of a credit card. Fax/mail in orders must pay in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to "4 Kids Like Me, LLC". We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. 

The current prices shown on this website supersede any previously promoted prices. Due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice. 

Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 business days from the date of delivery. 

Store Credit

A customer will be issued an online credit within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of returned items. Store credit is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on thetoyemporium.net.

Please Note: Store credits are only valid on our website, not at the store.

You may also use a 4KidsLikeMe.com store credit to pay for your order. You must still provide credit card information and we will only charge your credit card if there is an insufficient store credit at the time we process your transaction.

The standard The Toy Emporium return policy applies to any merchandise purchased at The Toy Emporium online store ONLY.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at care@thetoyemporium.net. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges in a case of an exchange.  

Gift Returns

If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on care@thetoyemporium.net, you may exchange the unopened, unused merchandise for a e-credit. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact the Customer Care team via email at care@thetoyemporium.net
